Regulatory Jurisdiction

RF3 falls under the regulatory jurisdiction of the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC); and, as such, is subject to the full investigatory and enforcement powers the agency possesses.

Collection of Personal Information

At times, particularly when you order products or request information in response to an e-mail advertising products or services from the Web site, RF3 may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to participate in these programs.
