Our Sales Development Representative (SDR) Program Coaching Program (SDRP Coaching Program) is a management solution designed to enable companies to cost-effectively design, develop launch, and implement an internal SDR Program. The SDRP Coaching Program enables your management confidentially develop and launch your SDR Program knowing that Fusion3’s experience and expertise are available to help you bridge gaps between your knowledge and our experience implementing more than 50 SDR, appointment setting, and inside sales programs. The SDRP Coaching Program is economical since you only pay for the Fusion3 resources you need, at the time you need the support.

In addition to supporting new SDR Programs, the SDRP Coaching Program also supports SDR Programs that are in transition, expansion, or simply need experienced assistance available to address operational issues and opportunities.

How we help

For companies that want to develop their SDR Program internally but may not have all the expertise to do so, Fusion3 will coach your (to be appointed) SDR Manager to develop your SRD Program. We will coach your management through any, or all of the five phases of your SRD Program development

Phase I – Situation Assessment

Assess and determine the major SDR Functions (inbound, outbound, other lead management), Organization Relationships (Marketing, Sales, Senior Management), Program Size (# of SDRs), Program Manager (Job Description, Compensation).

Phase II – Set-up

Recruit & Hire Manager (internal or external), On-Board & Train Manager, give the responsibility for SDR Program Development to Manager

Phase III – SDR Program Development

Manager executes SDR Program Development Plan, Fusion3 coaches Manager as required, Fusion3 supplies process documentation as needed

Phase IV – SDR Program Launch

Manager executes Program Launch, Fusion3 coaches Manager as required, Fusion3 supplies process documentation as needed

Phase V – SDR Program On-Going Management

Manager manages SDR Program, Fusion3 coaches Manager as required, Fusion3 supplies process documentation as needed
